Background
Oxfam and the Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA) has been working in Indonesia since 1957 through a Memorandum of Understanding. Both parties aim to eradicate poverty and tackle inequality. Thus, both agree to conduct capacity building to improve the MoSA volunteers knowledge and skill.
Objectives
The capacity building of social volunteer aims to strengthen alignment and build a strategic partnership that focuses on improving quality delivery of social welfare program carried out by social volunteers group facilitated by Ministry of Social Affairs, Republic of Indonesia.
