Maudy majored in International Relations at Universitas Diponegoro. Determined to see vision turn into real and concrete change, she ensures i-Hi work delivers measurable results by bridging data and field insights, aligning teams, and strengthening programs. She supports the CEO in operationalizing ideas, applying certified expertise in data analysis to translate evidence into actionable strategies.

Strategic Team

Pandu graduated from Telecommunication Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Committed to advancing digital innovation for inclusive development, he brings over 15 years of experience turning complex technological challenges into practical and people-centered solutions. His systems-thinking approach connects deep technical expertise with the broader goal of sustainable transformation.

Rizka is certified in vocational education from Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif Jakarta. She sees sustainable development as something every level of society must grasp. With this perspective, she leads the brand strategy, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional and resonant. She translates i-Hi’s work work into compelling branding and communication materials that make ideas more accessible, meaningful, and impactful for diverse audiences.

Selly graduated in Psychology from Universitas Paramadina. She aims to drive a culture where people are empowered to grow, develop their potential, and contribute meaningfully through continuous learning and talent development. With a people-oriented approach, she aligns workforce growth with business needs to strengthen organizational performance.

Sarah holds a degree in Visual Communication Design from Trisakti School of Multimedia. She is passionate about enhancing sustainability stories into visually impactful content. Blending creative vision with data-driven thinking while keeping pace with current trends. She crafts data into refined, structured, and visually compelling outputs.

Graduated from Accounting major, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Annisa upholds financial accountability by delivering precise reporting and maintaining tax compliance. Drawing on her expertise in financial analysis and regulatory knowledge, she contributes to building organizational trust, optimizing budget efficiency, and supporting long-term strategic decisions.

Research and Program Operation

Dinda holds a degree in Public Policy Management from Universitas Diponegoro. Committed to closing the gap between policy and people, she connects grassroots realities with human-centered viewpoints to foster evidence-based and inclusive solutions. With strong capability in qualitative analysis using tools such as NVivo, she uncovers root causes and contextual insights to drive more informed and equitable outcomes.

Rasya graduated in Marine Science from Universitas Brawijaya. Driven to make conservation real for communities, he combines rigorous research with active community engagement—driving participatory program design and building local capacity. He translates field data, feasibility studies, and policy analysis into impactful solutions. Beyond work, he volunteers in biodiversity movements, mobilizing youth and connecting communities to conservation efforts.

Jasmine holds a Biology degree from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Master's in Environmental Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, enriched by exchange programs in Japan. Committed to equitable quality of life, she centers lived experiences in her work. With expertise in quantitative data analysis, she translates complex community challenges into data-driven solutions, while integrating a life cycle assessment perspective and promoting more thoughtful, sustainable natural resource management.
