Background
In Indonesia, PT LDC is working with coffee farmers
through the Stronger Coffee Initiative (SCI) to adopt
regenerative agriculture. SCI, LDC’s global partnership program, aims to create a sustainable coffee future benefiting communities and the environment. It provides training on regenerative practices, capacity-building, and support to improve crop resiliency, increase yield, secure income, and reduce carbon footprints. To support LDC’s goals for climate change, GHG reduction, and sustainability, i-Hi Consulting is eiger to offer consulting services.
Objectives
- Provide guidelines for implementing LDC’s global Regenerative Agriculture (RaG) principles and standards.
- Support capacity development for LDC’s agronomists and field technicians on regenerative agriculture.
- Supply training materials on Regenerative Agriculture for Coffee to serve as a guidebook for field training.
