Background
According to data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), over 75% of residents in Bogor Regency use the internet daily, only 45% understand basic digital literacy concepts like online safety and media ethics. The rise of misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need to improve digital literacy and skills.
Objectives
- Raise awareness about digital literacy, including recognizing credible information and practicing online safety.
- Provide practical training on using digital tools for work, education, and daily life.
- Reduce misinformation by improving verification skills.
- Facilitate interactive discussions to address digital challenges.
- Promote collaboration between government, private sectors, and communities to create a safe and productive digital ecosystem.
