Digitalization is believed to make good governance and financial accountability behavior easier and practical to be perform. Nonetheless, we are yet to know to what extent does digital transitioning process will become a gap in achieving financial accountability and how behavior change determinants should be incorporated into the digital system to manage this challenge.
