Background

As part of the MATA KAIL project, Kopernik is responsible for providing training to the selected youth, women, and MSMEs to achieve the output: “Capacitate 160 SMEs and MSMEs to apply environmentally friendly fish processing technologies and practices”.

Objectives

To provide an introduction on alternative technologies that are environmentally friendly and localized that have been tested through Kopernik’s technology testing phase 1 and explain how the adoption of simple technologies can increase their income.
